Time & Access Having time to explore and build a tool that will allow us to create a more automated & standardized way to report on XYZ and ABC. Data Changes, Account Creation Metrics and the HI Data changes are all using XYZ reports and google sheets. I would like to have more time to venture into Alteryx, Tableau, Sigma etc. to be able to create tools that will give us automated views of the metric cuts. Now that I am no longer dedicating 50% of my time to XYZ, can have the time to explore other way to efficiently report on our metrics.

• Enrolled myself in the XYZ Program that starts on March 19th. Support these initiatives on automation!
Exposure Being looped in on what the teams are doing that therefore affect what the data is showing. This information would be helpful to know and understand especially when pulling and reporting on insights. XYZ work, contact data enrichment with our third party vendors etc. • Established bi-weekly connects with XYZ on the ABC front.
